My story
I started baking sourdough bread for my family 2017, while living in America.
Supermarket bread was largely full of sugar and preservatives.
I wanted good bread to feed my two small kids.
5 years and a mid-pandemic, international relocation later,
I'm now baking bread from my home in Paekakariki.
